Directed
IT infrastructure strategy and supervised staff of seven technicians supporting
500+ computer users for this $160 million company. Responsible for cabling and
network build-out for the 400,000 sq. ft. company campus headquarters,
including Cisco routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure for main datacenter,
eleven IDF locations, and remote offices. Extended useful life of
assets through innovative lifecycle management and redeployment to maximize
return on investment. Designed and
implemented Wide Area and Virtual Private Networks for multiple international
locations, utilizing diverse and redundant WAN technologies to minimize
bandwidth costs and maximize reliability.
Developed robust disaster recovery infrastructure in co-location
facilities utilizing real time data replication for disaster recovery and
business continuity. Ensured that daily
activities were aligned with corporate priorities and objectives while staying
within budget requirements. Provided and managed white-glove IT support for
C-level staff locally and at home and remote locations.

UCLA Medical Center Rehabilitation Department in Computing Ergonomics. Edited and maintained the DCP Websites. Taught classes in voice recognition and
learning disability computing techniques.
Developed and managed the departmental fiscal budget. Supervised the department staff. Taught students and UCLA faculty adaptive
computing technology including mobile computing, speech recognition, speech synthesis. Developed
curricula for teaching computing to students with learning disabilities and
acquired brain injuries. Researched and

persons with learning disabilities, repetitive stress injuries and physical
